Training

USI associates are professionals. We offer the most comprehensive
training programs in the industry, utilizing videos, classroom instruction
and discussion, and on-site demonstrations.

Our staff is not only familiar with the products and equipment they use, but
are also instructed in company policy and procedures, safety, and time and
task management. The management team benefits from regular training in
USI procedures, customer service issues and management skills. As our
policy has always been to foster upward mobility wherever possible, we are
willing to teach anyone who is willing to learn.

Finally, the most important lesson we teach is pride in a job well done.
